For us, this means completely integrated handling of your customer transactions: from invoicing and posting receivables to dunning, if need be, right through to collection - accounts receivable management from a single source.
Once a payment has been made in the required payment type, a number of options may still give rise to a payment malfunction. If a payment malfunction occurs, the receivable in question is automatically transferred to dunning.
You determine how you want dunning to proceed, for each payment type and the triggering event, on an individual basis. You have any number of dunning levels available to you. Dunning can be carried out automatically by e-mail or by post. You define all the main parameters, such as dunning charges, outlays and much more.
If the dunning process is unsuccessful, the open receivable can be automatically transferred to one of our debt collection partners
If required, our accounts receivable management also adapts to the local conditions in other countries. This applies to both legal and social aspects.
